Aquaculture UK, happening in Scotland, returns in early May

Organisers of Aquaculture UK, which takes place on May 3-5, said that the event will include its biggest ever exhibition, a strong conference line-up and the prestigious Aquaculture Awards.

Happening in Aviemore, Scotland, the United Kingdom, the leading UK aquaculture show will reunite fish farming professionals and provide a platform for the fast-changing technology that is driving the sector forward.

The normally biennial event, last held in 2018, will feature major exhibitors alongside some newer entrants to the industry, offering unparalleled in-person networking opportunities.

Along with advances in cage infrastructure, netting, feeding systems and humane stunning, visitors will be able to see first-hand the progress being made towards smarter fish farming, combining traditional husbandry with digitalisation, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Innovation and sustainability are the key themes of the Aquaculture UK conference, which runs across the three days of the exhibition and is free to attend.
