Poor demand holds down China lysine prices
 
 
Lysine prices were stagnant during the week ending April 3.

Although producers limited output, prices of lysine remained soft. Feed manufacturers held back buying while hog market continued to weaken, slashing farming returns as a result.

Price quotes of 70-percent lysine stayed unchanged in the range of RMB4.60-4.80/kg.
