DSM China to halt April's vitamins production
Due to the global economic downturn, DSM China has decided to halt and cut its productions for vitamin A and E respectively for April.
Despite under no pressure to clear their existing stocks, the company is trying to reduce their inventories in order to generate more cash flow.
The financial meltdown has led to declining demand for vitamins while traders have reduced their stockpiles to cut losses.
