BinSentry's Control Tower aims to improve inventory visibility and operational efficiency in feed mills, grain elevators

BinSentry has announced the launch of Control Tower™, a real-time software platform designed to improve inventory visibility and operational efficiency in feed mills and grain elevators.
Control Tower provides a live, interactive view of an entire milling facility, allowing operators to monitor bin levels for ingredients and finished goods, as well as total inventory, capacity, and bin activity in one interface.
According to the company, the platform represents the next step in its mission to modernise the animal feed supply chain through AI-driven automation and improved visibility.
The platform is designed to work with BinSentry's ProSense HD sensors, enabling mills to unify bin data into a single system. Through this interface, users can navigate a custom map of their facility and access detailed information about individual bins.
Operators can view 3D renderings and in-bin imagery, as well as access trend graphs, historical data, and analytics. The system also allows filtering by ingredient and can be accessed across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Control Tower enables operators to identify potential ingredient outages, reduce errors linked to manual inventory tracking, and manage demurrage risks. It also supports faster responses to unplanned truck arrivals and last-minute capacity constraints before they escalate into disruptions.
The company stated that the platform was developed to address common challenges in feed inventory management, including limited visibility, siloed systems, and time-sensitive decision-making.
"Feed inventory management is one of the most complex operational challenges in agriculture," said Nathan Hoel, CTO of BinSentry. "Our team has built Control Tower from the ground up to solve the real-world problems mills face every day -limited visibility, siloed systems, and time-critical decisions. That's what makes this platform different."
"Control Tower puts your mill in your pocket," said Ben Allen, chief executive officer of BinSentry. "Whether you're on site or off, you can see exactly what's happening across your facility and act with confidence. Mill managers love it, which is why we're already installed at dozens of mills."
