Chinese lysine producers fail to lift prices
Lysine prices stayed flat during the week ending March 27.
Demand of lysine remained flat as soymeal prices softened while hog market stayed weak. Hence, even as some producers lifted price quotes supplies tightened, transaction prices of lysine stayed unchanged amid limited sales.
Price quotes of 98.5-percent lysine remained around RMB8.80/kg.
