Russia's Krasnoyarsky pig breeding farm to begin construction in April

 

 

The Siberian Agrarian Group informed during a meeting in February hosted by the Bolshemurtinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk region that the construction of Krasnoyarsky pig breeding farm will begin at the premises of the former Siberia state breeding farm in April.

 

Krasnoyarskiy pig breeding farm will be able to raise 216,000 pigs and 18,200 tonnes of pork per year.

 

Total tax payments in the consolidated budget of the Krasnoyarsk region will stand at RUB1.2 billion (US$41.3 million)) within nine years. 472 jobs will be created, average wages of workers will amount to RUB16,000 (US$551), Siberian Agrarian Group reports.
