Indonesian startup eFishery integrates AI innovators to boost aquaculture solutions
Indonesian aqua-tech startup eFishery has made a strategic move by integrating Andri Yadi and his team, renowned for their expertise in artificial intelligence of things (AIoT), into its AIoT & Cultivation Intelligence Division, TNGlobal reported.
This integration aims to fortify eFishery's market position, enhance its capabilities, and drive sustainable growth and innovation within the aquaculture industry.
Yadi and his team brings a wealth of experience in developing AI and IoT-based solutions, recognised through prestigious national and international awards. He also serves as the vice chairman of the Indonesian IoT Association.
Gibran Huzaifah, CEO and co-founder of eFishery, emphasised the alignment of this move with their mission to address food-related challenges and foster sustainable growth in aquaculture through affordable technology solutions.
The collaboration with Yadi and his team is expected to accelerate the implementation of AI and IoT technologies within eFishery's ecosystem, enabling tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs and challenges of fish and shrimp farmers.
eFishery's product, eFeeder, leveraging IoT technology, has already showcased its ability to enhance productivity and reduce feed usage by 30%, providing valuable insights for farmers.
