Fonterra to build UHT milk processing plant in China

Fonterra announced it was planning to start building an ultra-heat treatment (UHT) milk processing plant in China in the 2014-15 year, as the company expands its offerings of branded milk products in the country's fast-growing market.

Fonterra chief executive officer Theo Spierings said in an interview that the said plans will be announced in the next financial year.
