Most dairy product prices take a breather

Philadelphia, PA- Beginning with cheese, we heard mixed reports on domestic demand this week. Snow storms negatively affected sales in Northeast population centers. Meanwhile, a rally in markets for much of the week appeared to slow export orders. At the CME, blocks ended the week down 4.00 cents; barrels, down 5.00 cents. Sentiment in our network was mostly unchanged, despite the declines. The most common view we heard this week, "cheese is trading in a range."
