Lallemand Animal Nutrition has hired two new product managers for its monogastric range of feed additives.

Florence Rudeaux, an experienced poultry nutritionist, has joined the company as Poultry Product Manager. David Saornil, a veterinarian with a strong experience in international swine production, will be in charge of the swine portfolio as Swine Product Manager.

These appointments are instrumental to support Lallemand's development in the international swine and poultry markets, especially in growing markets such as Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Florence Rudeaux has more than 28 years experience in the animal nutrition business, having worked for feed and feed additive companies.

She has been involved in international business and technical support in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. She has extensive experience in poultry nutrition as well as in feed additive markets at the international level. Before joining Lallemand she had her own consulting company, offering her market expertise to feed additive companies, supporting their product development, covering aspects from technical to marketing to sales.

As Poultry Product Manager, she will develop the company's poultry product portfolio. She will also play a role in defining R&D orientations and will offer technical support to the international sales force.
 

David Saornil is a veterinarian specialised in animal production and its economics, together with medicine and health. He has spent most of his career with Produmix, a Spanish company involved in the research and development of premixes for piglet nutrition. He moved from regulatory affairs to technical support and marketing, then as technical manager, he added the design, management and study of swine trials to his skills. He was then in charge of international business development, setting up a branch in Costa Rica and opening new markets for the company. Since 2013 he was managing both the export and technical departments of the company, setting up the strategies, building and training the team, and supervising the different job roles.
