China's Henan Province To Sell 1.5 Million MT Wheat
China's Henan province is expected to sell 1,500,000 metric tons of old wheat from state reserves in the coming month, local traders said on Tuesday.
The auction will be held in late March or early April in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province, the top wheat-producing province in China, traders said.
In mid-March, China sold around 1.1 million tons old wheat from Henan and Tianjin. China's government holds auctions and tenders each year to rotate government-held grain stocks.
