Lysine market shows signs of weakening in China
Lysine prices were stable to lower during the week ending March 18.
Feed producers restocked inventories at a cautious rate even as hog prices strengthened significantly lately. With demand for lysine persistently weak, several traders and distributors were tempted to cut prices.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine remained in the range of RMB4.40-4.60/kg.
