China Methionine: Market strengthens further on high costs (week ended Mar 15, 2021)
Diminished poultry feed consumption, resulting from lower animal numbers, curtailed the sales of methionine. Nonetheless, with the costs of production high, methionine producers lifted prices to sustain profit margins.
