USDA-APHIS avails Swine Hemorrhagic Fever Surveillance System dashboard

The United States Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has made available the Swine Hemorrhagic Fever Surveillance System dashboard.

The dashboard contains surveillance data for African swine fever (ASF) and classical swine fever (CSF) and aims to strengthen detection capabilities and enhance outbreak preparedness.

It also includes charts to visualise the number of foreign animal disease investigations conducted by year and the quarterly specimen totals across all surveillance components.

Furthermore, the dashboard includes maps that show where sample collections at veterinary diagnostic laboratories and slaughter points have been done as well as the samples collected in feral swine populations.
