Ukraine to increase grain outputs over ten years

Ukraine will significantly increase domestic grains and oilseeds output over the next decade, with exports set for Asian countries such as China, Japan and South Korea, according to Vladimir Osadchuk, deputy director general for Noble Resources in Ukraine.

Based on Noble's own database projections and findings from the field, Osadchuk believes that corn has profitable prospects, with Ukraine's grain output rising 38% from current figures, to 28 million tonnes in 2022.
