Vietnam's AGD eyes US$5 million net profit in 2012

 

 

A net profit of between VND120-140 billion (US$5.8-6.7 million) is Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company's (AGD) target in 2012.

 

Its revenues are set to reach VND1 trillion (US$48 million) in 2012, the newspaper reported March 7.

 

Revenues from export are expected to grow 12% on year to US$45 million.

 

This year, EU is expected to be the largest importer of AGD products, with total export turnover accounting for 60%, followed by the Middle East and Asia with both 15%.

 

AGD made a consolidated net profit of VND131.38 billion (US$6.3 million) on revenues of VND838.98 billion (US$40.3 million) last year, up 208.8% and 41% on year, respectively.
