Commercial production at Naqi Poultry Project in Saudi Arabia begins

Naqi Water Co. started commercial production at the Naqi Poultry Project in Saudi Arabia, following the completion of a 450% increase in the poultry segment's capacity, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company said it plans to begin supply to local markets during the current week, in line with the approved distribution plan for the commercial operation phase. This will support revenue growth and help achieve the project's operational targets.

The Saudi firm commenced the plan to increase the project's production capacity associated with its production barns by 50%, as announced earlier.

The poultry sector project includes the construction of poultry barns comprising rearing and production facilities, aimed at increasing the company's poultry capacity by 500% to approximately 183 million eggs annually, data compiled by Argaam showed.
