Russia's Grain Intervention Sales Hit 67,200 MT
Russia's grain intervention sales Feb. 27 were 67,200 metric tons, including 30,600 tons of third grade milling wheat, 28,900 tons of fourth grade milling wheat and 7,700 tons of milling rye, according to the press service of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, which conducted the sales.
The total grain intervention sales so far have been 198,180 tons, including 63,880 tons of third grade milling wheat, 105,000 tons of fourth grade milling wheat and 29,300 tons of milling rye.
The intervention sales will last until May 20, with about 1.6 million tons of grain to be sold.
