Zambeef director steps down

Zambeef Products Plc, a major meat producer in Zambia, has announced the resignation of company director David Osborne, effective February 28.

Zambeef said that Osborne will be stepping down from his role, as a result of his retirement from CDC Group PLC.

Osborne has served on Zambeef's board since CDC's investment in the company, and has made immeasurable contributions to the company during his time.

CDC will appoint a replacement to Osborne.
