Philadelphia, PA-After rising last week, CME cheese markets moved lower during this Holiday-shortened trading week. Blocks ended down 4.50 cents; barrels, down 2.0 cents from last Fri's close. The block-barrel spread normalized and settled today at 3.50 cents.
