10,000 tonnes of frozen pork in China's state reserves to be released to Hubei

China's CCTV said the government will release a further 10,000 tonnes of frozen pork from the country's state reserves to Hubei province, reported Reuters.

This is an addition to the 10,000 tonnes of frozen pork already released prior from state reserves to Wuhan city, Hubei.

A National Development and Reform Commission said supply of essentials in Hubei province is enough for the public.

Wuhen, Hubei province is the epicentre of the COVID-19 outbreak which has spread throughout the globe.
