China-South Korea fish processing project in trial operations

 

 

The Qingjiang fish processing project jointly developed by Chinese and South Korean companies in the Changyang Tujia Autonomous County of Hubei province went into trial operations.

 

Following the establishment of Qingjiang Pengbo Development in Changyang with 70 percent Chinese investment and 30 percent South Korean investment, the company now engages in Qingjiang fish in-depth processing and the development of new products.

 

The total investment was reported at RMB67M (US$9.4 million). An annual aquatic product production capacity of 6,000 tonnes and a revenue of RMB100M in sales income are projected once the first production line begins operations.
