Yamasa commemorates 55th anniversary

Brazilian egg specialist Yamasa commemorates its 55th anniversary this year.
Yamasa was born from an original idea of the Japanese immigrant Yorio Yamazaki to produce the first egg grading machines in Brazil precisely to meet the needs of poultry farmers. That was when the synergy between the company and its customers started and remains to this day.
The machines built by Yorio in his shop, in the west side of the State of Sao Paulo, accelerated the production in the egg rooms and contributed to the professionalisation of poultry farming.
Importantly, the country's first poultry farmers were Japanese immigrants or descendants. From father to son, and already in the third generation of managers, Yamasa follows the principles of perseverance, reliance and results, qualities that are still resonate in the daily lives of poultry farmers and, even more, in the company that preserves its traditions and the original lessons of Yorio Yamazaki - respecting market demands.
