China Broiler Weekly: Tight supplies lift price (week ended Feb 15, 2019)
Slaughterhouses held back purchases while the sales of chilled chicken products were slack. Nonetheless, supplies of AA broiler were low due to high releases before Chinese New Year, hence supporting AA broiler prices to climb 4.6%.
