The falling corn prices in China slowed significantly in January, although farmers were increasingly keen to sell their corn supplies in a bid to get more cash. Tight rail transport availability and traders under financial constraints, however, meant that buying interests were low.
More contents in the report include:
1. Farmers increasingly keen in sales
2. Corn prices in north-east production regions up marginally
3. Mounting pressure on corn sales in north-east China
