China VD3: Market weakens amid tepid demand (week ended Feb 6, 2023)

Feed producers relied on vitamin D3 stocks accumulated prior to the Chinese New Year holidays. Vitamin D3 prices weakened amid sluggish sales.
Export price of vitamin D3 dipped to US$6.90/kg over the week whereas local transacted price were softer in the range of RMB46.90-56/kg.
Low demand will weigh on the prices of vitamin D3.
