Argentina's poultry meat output would expand 13 pct in 2007

Argentina's chicken output has doubled in the past 14 years, according to a report by the country's Agriculture Secretariat.

This year, per capita consumption is expected to hit 29 kg while meat output is expected to reach 1.29 million tonnes compared to 1.14 million tonnes in 2006, a growth of 13 percent.
