Kiotechagil announces two senior management changes

Kiotechagil, manufacturer of a range of high performance natural feed additives for the animal feed, grain and aquaculture industries, has announced two senior management changes.

The company is creating two new positions, one aimed at boosting new product development and bringing new products to market quicker, and the second is aimed at improving Kiotechagil's processes and customer service.

Introducing these new roles, Kiotechagil chief executive Richard Edwards said, the company recognises the need to place more emphasis and resources on product development and research to have a continual flow of new products coming to market.  At the same time it also needs to bring in new skills to strengthen day to day operations, customer service and marketing.

Murray Hyden will assume the role of chief technical officer across Kiotechagil. Murray graduated through Imperial College London whilst working for ICI at Jealotts Hill before joining Agil. Now, in his new role at Kiotechagil, he will be responsible for developing and introducing new products across the company's product range. He will also seek to develop strategic alliances with other companies and government organisations and begin to work more closely with Cefas (Centre for Environment, Fisheries & Aquaculture Science) in helping to bring Kiotechagil's Aquatice product to market and in developing other products suitable for the aquaculture industry.

David Bullen will assume the role of general manager with responsibility for the day to day operations at Kiotechagil. David joined Kiotechagil in 2007 from Novartis where he was head of sales and marketing in certain European markets and on the Board for Central Europe. In his new role David will manage, lead and develop a team focused on improving business practices including customer service, account management, marketing and packaging.
