Are dairy markets finding a bottom?

Philadelphia, PA-CME dairy product prices were relatively stable this week. Blocks fell one cent while barrel prices added one-half cent. Butter closed the week down 1.50 cents, and nonfat dry milk ended the week up 1.25 cents.
