Russia's Jul-Dec 2012 wheat exports hit nearly 9.9 million tonnes

From July-December 2012, Russia has exported nearly 9.9 million tonnes of wheat.

According to the forecast of APK-Inform Agency, in 2012-13 marketing year (MY) Russian wheat exports potential is estimated at the level of 10.3 million tonnes as opposed to 21.2 million tonnes in the previous MY.

Thus, considering the exports forecast in the second half of the season Russia will supply nearly 400,000 tonnes on the foreign markets. At the same time note in winter months the exports will slow, meanwhile the activation of the grain trade will resume in the spring field works eve.
