Russia's Tyumen region to acquire Borovskaya

 

 

OJSC Poultry Farm Borovskaya will be acquired by Tyumen region from Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra, according to the press service of the governor of Tyumen region.

 

The holding includes large agricultural enterprises engaged in the grain production. Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra supported the enterprise in early 2000 investing considerable budgetary funds in the production development. Tyumen region intends to further develop the production.

 

OJSC Poultry Farm Borovskaya is the largest poultry farming enterprise producing eggs and poultry, delivering its products to Western and Eastern Siberia as well as the Ural region and Central Russia. The poultry farm daily produces 2.5 million eggs and processes 12 tonnes of poultry meat. Its poultry stock is 3.8 million including 2.8 million laying hens.
