Sanovo unveils Case Packer CoFlex, new addition to solutions for egg grading, packing

 

Sanovo Technology Group has introduced the Case Packer CoFlex, an addition to Sanovo's suite of case packing solutions for egg grading and packing stations.

The company described CoFlex as an economical, flexible solution that maximises space efficiency in grading and packing centers, and ensures a steady end-of-lane case packing flow — thus enhancing production efficiency.

The CoFlex, an abbreviation for "Collaborative Robot and Flexibility", complements the Case Packer Twin and broadens Sanovo's offerings to customers in need of versatile end-of-lane packing solutions. Its compact design allows for the easy integration into existing production lines, optimising space usage, simplifying installation and minimising operational disruptions.

Suitable for both small-scale setups and large-scale facilities, the CoFlex enables businesses of various sizes to automate their grading facilities efficiently.

The system is equipped with intuitive features for easy operation. It stands out with its user-friendly interface, customisable packing patterns (1x30, 3x12, 2x18, 4x10) and adaptive packing capacities, Sanovo noted.

Additionally, the CoFlex handles up to 57 cases per hour with a cycle time adjustable for safety and efficiency.
