Kiotech finance director buys 150,000 shares

Kiotech International PLC said it was notified that group finance director Karen Prior has bought 150,000 shares in the company at 3.5 pence each.

The biotechnology company specialises in animal feed and pheromone products to the farming, commercial fishing and aquaculture markets.

In September 2009, Kiotech completed the acquisition of Optivite, one of the largest independent animal nutrition and feed additive businesses in the UK.

Kiotech also recently changed its registered address to Unit 5, Manton Wood Enterprise Park, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S80 2RS.
