China's probiotic dairy industry reaps 25-percent growth

China's probiotic dairy industry has maintained an annual growth rate of more than 25 percent for five years now.

Chinese dairy giants such as Inner Mongolia Meng Niu Dairy, Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group. and Bright Dairy have already joined this industry.

Hunan Taizinai Group, a Chinese leading probiotic dairy producer, gained a growth rate of more than 100 percent in the past eleven years, with its sales value soaring from RMB1.5 billion (US$208 million) in 2006 to RMB3 billion (US$417 million) in 2007.

The company seeks to complete its construction of five production bases in Hunan Province's Zhuzhou, Beijing Municipality's Miyun, Hubei Province's Huanggang, Jiangsu Province's Kunshan and Sichuan Province's Chengdu on 2008.
