Block prices break $2.00/lb, then retreat

Philadelphia, PA — The cheese market was the popular topic of discussion this week. Block cheese prices peaked during this holiday-shortened trading week on Wed and Thu at $2.0025/lb, the highest price in Jan since 2014, before retreating today to $1.9950/lb.
