Subdued demand holds China lysine prices soft
Lysine prices were weak during the week ending January 21.
As most large feed producers have stocked ample inventories for the upcoming Chinese New Year holidays, trade was light over the week. Lysine prices stayed weak while traders were willing to give slight discounts to entice buyers.
Average price of lysine slid RMB0.02/kg to RMB8/kg.
Sales of lysine are expected to be flat.
