H5N8 bird flu case reported in Czech Republic, first case in three years

The state veterinary administration said the H5N8 bird flu outbreak was reported on a poultry farm in central Czech Republic, reported Reuters.

Precautionary measures have been imposed by the Czech Republic's state veterinary administration, after the veterinary agency confirmed the farm's 12 hens died from H5N8 bird flu.
