Kazakhstan to buy 1.155 million tonnes grain
The state reserve of Kazakhstan will buy 1.155 million tonnes of grain harvested in 2005 from domestic farmers, the government press service announced Thursday.
The total will include 500,000 tonnes of milling grain and 5,000 tonnes of feed grain for emergency reserve, 100,000 tonnes of grain seeds and 550,000 tonnes of grain for intervention purposes.
