Asia Agri-Tech Expo & Forum 2020 announces date change

Asia Agri-Tech Expo & Forum 2020 changes its dates for new labour policies at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 from November 5-7, 2020, and will be co-located with Aquaculture Taiwan and Livestock Taiwan, announced Informa Markets Taiwan Office.

Since some new labour policies, especially minimum wage and standard working hours, will be effective soon, Informa Markets received many requests from industry players worldwide to change the fair dates. The original dates November 6, 7 and 8 were respectively Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Working on Sundays may be against labour policies. The organiser then decided to move the fair dates one day ahead to November 5, 6, 7. Most stakeholders will now be more flexible in scheduling their exhibitions and visits.

Informa Markets's missions are not only to connect agricultural value chain globally for the industry's success, but also maximise the benefits to all parties in the industry for the event.

Commenting on Informa Markets's missions, Sabine Liu, general manager of Informa Markets Taiwan Office said, "We realised how market players value our trade show. As the trade show organiser, our missions are not only to connect agricultural value chain globally for the industry's success, but also maximise the benefits to all parties in the industry for the event."
