Bright Dairy passes US food safety test
China's Bright Dairy & Food Co Ltd has become the first dairy company passing the review by the American Institute of Baking (AIB), an institution that provides food safety inspections and audits globally.
The Shanghai-listed company disclosed that it has gradually optimised the "millesimal" testing system of its own plants referring to "AIB 1,000 scores". As a matter of fact, all plants under the dairy giant have executed the latest F-revision of "millesimal" testing standards since the start of this year.
According to the company, "AIB 1000 scores" has become one of the existing food safety and environment health standards on the international market. Among more than 1,000 dairy enterprises in China, the Fengxian branch of the dairy giant becomes the first to pass AIB food safety standard review to win an "Excellent" result.
