Cargill sells animal feed plant in Brazil

Cargill Inc. announced that it has sold its animal feed plant in southern Brazil to M. Cassab, a Brazilian industrial and retail company.

The plant was located in Cascavel, in the southern state of Parana. The sale is believed to be a part of Cargill's strategy to focus production of animal feed in four Brazilian plants.
