Turkey To Buy 100,000 MT Feed Barley In Tender

The Turkish Grains Authority (TMO) will hold a tender Thursday to import up to 100,000 metric tons of feed barley.

The tender is expected to conclude Friday or Monday, a source said.

The TMO has government authorization to import up to 250,000 tons of feed barley.

Imports are aimed at curbing high domestic prices during expected strong seasonal demand.
