Argentina's corn production expected to increase
Argentina's corn production will increase up to 24 million tonnes in the marketing year that commences on March 1, according to the USDA.
The figure has increased from 22.7 million harvested in the current year, according to a report.
The USDA's World Outlook Board forecast a crop of 25 million tonnes last month.
Wheat output will increase to 14 million tonnes in the marketing year that began December 1. As from the report, this is up from 11 million tonnes in the previous year and above the official USDA forecast for 13.5 million.
