Zen-Noh to take 30% stake in Brazil's Grupo Cereal, gaining soybean crush and feed assets

The Goiás-based group crushes 2,000 tonnes of soybeans a day, with 80% of that output going to soybean meal, and also runs animal feed and biofuel operations.
