Laos and China's Fanxing sign MOU to study cattle and goat breed improvement centre as 500,000-head export quota looms

The feasibility study will assess introducing China's Huaxi cattle breed and selected meat goat breeds to Laos, alongside animal feed, vaccine and disease control systems.
