China Whey Weekly: Pre-festival inventory expansion perks up prices (week ended Dec 27, 2013)
As Pre-Chinese New Year inventory expansion geared up, sales of whey were ramped up with prices rising in most regions over the past week. Imports of whey continued to drop with November's volume down to 32,302 tonnes, a decline of 10.5% compared to October and a 10% fall on-year.
