BASF appoints new Asia Pacific Head of Legal and Tax

BASF has appointed Dr. Dirk Elvermann as Director of Legal and Tax Asia Pacific of BASF, effective January 1, 2010.
Elvermann joined the Central Legal Department of BASF SE in 2003, where he focused on corporate projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions and Merger Control.
Elvermann has a degree in Law and Public Affairs, and obtained his Doctoral Degree in Law in 2002.
