Hamlet Protein is pleased to announce the recruitment of Carsten Pederson for the position of Feed Application Manager.

Carsten Pedersen has gained extensive experience in animal nutrition at Sweden University of Agricultural Sciences, at Hans Henrik Stein at University of Illinois, USA, at Danisco Animal Nutrition, at Schothorst Feed Research in Holland
and as an independent advisor.

Working in close cooperation with the rest of Hamlet Protein's team, Pedersen will strengthen the technical team with his many years valuable research experience in animal nutrition.
