Vietnam Suspends US Beef Imports

Vietnam announced the suspension of beef imports from the United States yesterday. The suspension will persist until the United States verifies that the case has not affected the quality of beef and other beef-related products, local newspaper quoted sources from Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Friday.

Vietnam imports beef mainly from Australia and New Zealand, and little from the United States.
