Coenraadts introduces new high capacity egg breaking machine
European egg processing equipment supplier Coenraadts has introduced a new high-capacity egg breaking and separating machine.
The machine can operate at a capacity of 140,000 eggs per hour, and the breaking system provides a long dripping time and guarantees a high yield.
The design avoids sharp angles to make cleaning easy with an incorporated CIP system. All parts are in high quality stainless steel, rounded and with a high polish finish.
A new loader can also easily handle carton and plastic trays at full speed.
